Notice Text:	Merger of Willowby School, Flemington School and Eiffelton School Pursuant to section 156a (1) of the Education Act 1989, I hereby declare that Willowby School (3594), Flemington School (3341) and Eiffelton School (3333) will merge on 1 January 2000 and become a primary school.
