Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of New Zealand Public Radio Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice (No. 2) 1994
Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management
Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999,
the Minister for the Environment hereby amends the
notice entitled the Resource Management (Approval of
New Zealand Public Radio Limited as Requiring
Authority) Notice (No. 2) 1994, dated the 21st day of February 1994 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
3 March 1994, No. 2, page 979, as follows:
The name "New Zealand Public Radio Limited" is changed to "Radio New Zealand Limited".
This notice takes effect the day after the date of its publication.
