Amendment of Resource Management (Approval of Northern Airports Corporation Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice (Kaikohe Airport) 1998
Pursuant to section 167 of the Resource Management Act 1991 and section 15 of the Interpretation Act 1999, the Minister for the Environment hereby amends the notice entitled The Resource Management (Approval of Northern Airports Corporation Limited as Requiring Authority) Notice (Kaikohe Airport) 1998, dated the 17th day of August 1998 and published in the New Zealand Gazette,
20 August 1998, No. 120, page 2898, as follows:
The name "Northern Airports Corporation Limited" is changed to "Far North Holdings Limited".
This notice takes effect the day after the date of publication.
Dated at Wellington this 26th day of April 2006.
